He says he is a big fan of martial arts and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and wants to collaborate with Tapout to do some of the designing. Taboo says martial arts have always been a big part of his life. He even had a part in the movie Streetfighter where he was able to do some of the stunts. Taboo has affiliated himself with Tapout, hoping to revitalize the company and create a new, thriving line that reaches out beyond mixed martial arts (MMA.)

Tapoutclothing was begun by a duo of MMA fans, Mask (Charles Lewis, Jr.) and PunkAss (Dan Caldwell.) It started as a small company, the men living out of their cars.
